CLAY SHORTALL
ARCHITECT
Clay is an architect with 16 years of experience working across numerous typologies and with various firms - as a partner in a small practice to large internationally renown offices. Combining skills in design and technical execution, his work has ranged from small residential to landscape to office spaces to world-class performing arts centers and cultural venues. A native Texan and son of an architect, Clay taught design at UT-Austin while running his practice. He is a Master of Architecture graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, and holds a BFA with an emphasis in painting.
