BOSTON HOTEL
The project is a development for a new 14-story 156 room hotel (approximately 87,000 gross square feet) with separate tenant-leased restaurant and retail space on the ground floor, second-level terrace, rooftop bar and exterior pool deck/outdoor lounge, hotel fitness center, meeting rooms, and conference rooms, a screening room, and garage parking. Located in the South Boston neighborhood within a highly commercialized area, the hotel is sited in the midst of a very active transportation node that includes a major MBTA Redline station at Broadway and Dorchester Avenue. The project was designed to meet Boston’s Green Building requirements and achieve LEED certification.
